Dear RAB Members,

The Ringette season has unfortunately ended abruptly across Canada this year. While we understand and agree with the need to flatten the growth curve of the COVID-19 virus by self isolating and self distancing, it goes without saying that ending the season this way is frustrating for all, especially our players.

While we didn't have Regional and Provincial Championships to see us out, and with no team parties in the foreseeable future, we wanted to do our part to try and end on a more positive note.

So allow us the chance to say THANK YOU.

Head Coaches and Assistant Coaches:
Thank you for your time, dedication, and your passion in molding and leading our young players to become the athletes they are today. Your patience and guidance is appreciated more than you will know. “A Coach can impact more people in a year than the average person does in a lifetime.”

Team Managers, Trainers, Parent Volunteers:
You all work tirelessly behind the scenes to make it all come together! Raising team money, booking tournaments, hotels, arranging team get togethers off ice. Thank you so much for being the unsung heroes that glue it all together.

None of this works without the commitment you have made to your children, which allows them to play the sport they love. From driving them to practices, games and skills sessions, taking time off from work for tournaments, cheering them on, sharpening and tying skates, checking gear bags,  a thank you doesn’t even begin to cut it.

Each and every one of you are awesome. You all make us so proud every time each of you take the ice. Your passion for Ringette and loyalty to teammates is inspiring and is the reason we all continue to do what we do. Watching all you amazing athletes play is the absolute highlight of our season!

We understand members might have questions and encourage you to email us at [email protected]

As this situation is still fluid, we ask for your patience and will update members as more information becomes available.

Ringette is where fun and friendship happens both on and off the ice, let’s use this time to focus on that off ice part :)

Stay safe, but stay connected!
